1. Send an email to info@mtnflo.com

In the email please include the following: 

      - Order number: 
      - Phone number: 
      - For returns list the name of item you are returning
      - For exchanges please list the name of the item you are returning and the item you wish to exchange your item for.

3. Send back your items. For returns and exchanges in the US we will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email along with detailed instructions on how to complete your return or exchange.

4. Print return label and ship via correct carrier.

Refunds on products purchased from us will be issued upon arrival of the returned product. (Refunds are issued Monday-Friday during normal business hours. Please allow 24 hours upon arrival at the Mtn Flo warehouse to receive your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or gift card)

We want to get you your new item as soon as we can! Once the return product is received at the Mtn Flo warehouse, we will send out your new item! (Products will be shipped Monday-Friday during normal business hours. Please allow 24 hours upon arrival at the Mtn Flo warehouse to allow us to receive your item and send out your new desired item. In the event that you are exchanging the original product for a more expensive product, we will reach out to collect payment on the remaining amount before shipping out the new item.)

In the case that you wish to return or exchange your item for a refund or different product but live outside of the US we ask you please send the item(s) back to us at the address below with a note listing your name, order number, and stating whether it is a return or exchange. If it is an exchange please list the item desired in exchange. We will reach out to you to collect payment for the shipping amount of the exchange order.
